人腦有一個(gè)特點(diǎn),需要反復(fù)記憶才能記住。循環(huán)記憶法,就是基于這點(diǎn)。它的訣竅,就是二二循環(huán),在不斷的快速循環(huán)記憶中記牢單詞。其具體步驟如下:
先根據(jù)自己的記憶力,將需背的單詞分成若干組(為方便敘述,這里設(shè)為a,b,c,d,....組),平均每組50個(gè)單詞。當(dāng)然,這也要依單詞難易而定。若單詞較長(zhǎng),或詞義教多,則每組單詞少一點(diǎn);反之,多一些。然后:
學(xué)習(xí)A組,學(xué)完后,復(fù)習(xí)A組一次。
