GRE 填空單詞數(shù)：2999

GRE 閱讀單詞數(shù)：4191

這里面包含了所有的單詞數(shù)量，包括 on, in, by…等。把這里面去除四級大綱的詞匯，還剩下5764個。

根據(jù)預估，在這5764個單詞中，去除六級大綱，還剩下4000詞匯。

再去除托福常用詞匯，還剩下2000個詞匯。

1.若要順利地通過新GRE考試，一般的中國學生需要準備8000個左右的新單詞。

2.這些單詞中的大部分有實際的用處，因專業(yè)不同有差異;以紅寶書詞匯量為準，其中約有2000詞對以后學業(yè)無太大幫助。

3.對之前參加過托?？荚嚨耐瑢W來說，已經(jīng)背過的托福三千詞已屬于紅寶書的8千范圍，所以實際需要背得單詞量在5000左右。

1. GRE絕大部分使用的單詞都是很正常的四級，六級，托福水平的單詞。

2. 超過托福水平的那2000個單詞中，大約?？嫉闹挥幸话氩坏?，也就是1000個必備的核心詞。掌握這1000個，做題正確率到60%的基礎就有了。也就是155+的基礎就有了。“再要你命3000”以及“紅寶書”的選詞范圍都超過了這1000個，可以說，這兩本書對于這部分單詞的掌握并非高效。

3. 不常考的另外那1000個單詞，其中大約有600個不難，但就是不?？?。大約有400個左右確實非常晦澀難懂。如果你的目標是165+，那這1000個必須要掌握。對于這1000個單詞，“再要你命3000”的選詞范圍又太小了，是無論如何也覆蓋不了的?！凹t寶書”的選詞范圍可能足夠，但是你知道背紅寶書是多么的痛苦。

4. 對于每次考試中出現(xiàn)的新詞，或者說近期考試中出現(xiàn)的新詞，那是任何一本書籍都無法覆蓋的。這只能靠不斷累積來解決。
