英語作文：我的生日

　　Yesterday was my birthday, so some of my classmates sent me presents.

　　昨天是我生日，所以有幾位我的同班同學(xué)送我禮。

　　Mother prepared a tea party for me. I invited all of them to come and take part in it.

　　母親給我準(zhǔn)備一個茶會。我邀請他們都前來參加。

　　The tea party began at half past six. There were cold drinks and refreshments. We ate, talked and laughed. We felt that we were the happiest men in the world.

　　茶會下午六點(diǎn)半開始。有冷飲和點(diǎn)心。我們又吃又談又笑。我們覺得是世界上最快樂的人。

　　Time passed quickly. In a twinkling, the clock on the wall struck nine. We could not but say “Good-bye” to one another.

　　時(shí)間過得很快。轉(zhuǎn)瞬間，墻上的鐘敲九點(diǎn)了。我們不得不互道再見。
