為了創(chuàng)建和諧社會(huì)，營(yíng)造更和諧的社區(qū)氣氛，特對(duì)安徽省廬江縣廬城鎮(zhèn)繡溪新苑社區(qū)法院宿舍就環(huán)境情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查，作如下的調(diào)查報(bào)告：

In order to create a harmonious society and create a more harmonious community atmosphere, this paper investigates the environment of the court dormitory in xiuxi Xinyuan community, Lucheng Town, Lujiang County, Anhui Province, and makes the following investigation report:

一、小區(qū)現(xiàn)狀

1、 Current situation of the community

法院宿舍共兩幢住宿樓，區(qū)內(nèi)總體衛(wèi)生環(huán)境良好，地面衛(wèi)生情況尚可，自行車(chē)、摩托車(chē)擺放相對(duì)整齊，區(qū)內(nèi)噪音少，安靜，環(huán)境理想，安全工作良好，治安情況尚可；但社區(qū)綠化不夠理想，公共設(shè)施維護(hù)較差。

There are two dormitory buildings in the court dormitory. The overall sanitary environment in the area is good, the ground sanitation is acceptable, the bicycles and motorcycles are placed relatively orderly, the noise in the area is less, the environment is ideal, the safety work is good, and the public security situation is acceptable; however, the community greening is not ideal, and the public facilities are poorly maintained.

二、主要問(wèn)題

2、 Main problems

1。沒(méi)有指定的倒垃圾地點(diǎn)，居民倒垃圾較隨便。

1. There is no designated dumping place, and residents are more casual in dumping garbage.

由于小區(qū)內(nèi)沒(méi)有指定的垃圾倒放點(diǎn)，所以各個(gè)樓梯口常常出現(xiàn)隨意堆放垃圾的現(xiàn)象。近來(lái)由于小區(qū)內(nèi)多了一輛垃圾車(chē)，情況有所好轉(zhuǎn)，但仍有個(gè)別居民為圖方便，將垃圾隨便扔在路邊或樓道口。

Because there is no designated garbage dumping point in the community, garbage is often stacked at random at each stairway. Recently, there is an additional garbage truck in the community, which makes the situation better. However, there are still some residents who are convenient to throw garbage at the roadside or corridor entrance.

2。綠化不夠，且管理缺乏力度。

2. Greening is not enough, and management is lack of strength.

小區(qū)內(nèi)綠化面積較小，且草地稀疏，管理較松弛，導(dǎo)致日常生活中居民隨意破壞樹(shù)木的現(xiàn)象較嚴(yán)重。除此之外，原先一部分的綠化地被一些居民擅自改為菜地，占用了小區(qū)綠化面積的65。7‰，嚴(yán)重破壞了小區(qū)的綠化環(huán)境。

The small green area, sparse grassland and loose management in the community lead to the serious phenomenon that the residents destroy trees at will in daily life. In addition, part of the original green land was changed into vegetable land by some residents without authorization, occupying 65% of the green area of the community. 7 ‰, seriously damaging the green environment of the community.

3。樓道的感應(yīng)燈多壞，長(zhǎng)期無(wú)人修理。

3. How bad are the induction lights in the corridor? They haven't been repaired for a long time.

兩幢宿舍樓，共6個(gè)單元，所有一樓樓梯口的樓道感應(yīng)燈都已壞掉，住戶在夜晚上下樓時(shí)有很多不便，卻一直無(wú)人修理，無(wú)人問(wèn)津。

There are two dormitory buildings, six units in total. The induction lights in the stairway on the first floor have been broken. There are many inconveniences for the residents to go up and down at night, but no one has been repairing them.

4。自行車(chē)、摩托車(chē)的安全得不到保障。

小區(qū)居民停放在樓梯口的自行車(chē)、摩托車(chē)時(shí)有丟失，有38‰的居民反映發(fā)生過(guò)此類(lèi)現(xiàn)象。

The bicycles and motorcycles parked at the stairway entrance of the community are lost, and 38 ‰ of the residents have reported such phenomenon.

三、對(duì)策建議

3、 Countermeasures and suggestions

1。增添指定的垃圾倒放點(diǎn)，并在小區(qū)內(nèi)張貼宣傳布告，對(duì)倒垃圾一事進(jìn)行明文規(guī)定：居民倒垃圾時(shí)要倒到指定地點(diǎn)，禁止隨便亂扔垃圾；日常生活中不許隨便亂扔果皮紙屑等。除此之外，還可增設(shè)分類(lèi)垃圾桶，加強(qiáng)垃圾分類(lèi)回收。

1. Add designated garbage dumping points, and post propaganda notices in the community, and make clear regulations on garbage dumping: when residents dump garbage, they should go to the designated place, and it is forbidden to throw garbage at will; in daily life, they are not allowed to throw fruit peel and paper scraps at will. In addition, it is also possible to add classified garbage cans to strengthen the classified recycling of garbage.

2。加大對(duì)小區(qū)綠化帶的管理力度，保證現(xiàn)有綠化帶不被人為破壞。同時(shí)，應(yīng)對(duì)小區(qū)內(nèi)的草地進(jìn)行精心照料，另可種植一些花卉植物，增添小區(qū)的生機(jī)。

2. Increase the management of the green belt in the community to ensure that the existing green belt is not damaged by people. At the same time, we should take good care of the grassland in the community, and plant some flowers and plants to increase the vitality of the community.

3。請(qǐng)社區(qū)相關(guān)管理人員盡快解決樓道感應(yīng)燈的問(wèn)題，將壞掉的6個(gè)感應(yīng)燈全部換新，以確保居民安全、正常的生活。

3. Ask the relevant management personnel of the community to solve the problem of corridor induction lights as soon as possible, and replace all the six broken induction lights to ensure the safety and normal life of the residents.

4。加大相關(guān)方面的治安管理力度，對(duì)進(jìn)出小區(qū)的陌生人員提高警惕，保護(hù)小區(qū)的財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。

4. We should strengthen the public security management in relevant aspects, be alert to the strangers entering and leaving the community, and protect the property safety of the community.

5。多進(jìn)行宣傳，提高居民的環(huán)保意識(shí)，普及環(huán)保觀念。
