今天媽媽教我炒菜,我聽(tīng)了很高興,二話(huà)不說(shuō)地走進(jìn)廚房。

我做一盤(pán)“木耳炒豬肉”,我先拿出蒜頭,把它打碎,再扒掉皮。然后拿出鍋來(lái),把鍋洗得干干凈凈后放在煤氣爐上,我自告奮勇地打開(kāi)煤氣開(kāi)關(guān),只聽(tīng)“啪”的一聲,我嚇得閉上眼睛,心怦怦跳的,睜開(kāi)眼一看,還沒(méi)有點(diǎn)著,我再開(kāi)一次火點(diǎn)燃了。我倒了一些油加熱,然后把準(zhǔn)備好的蒜頭放進(jìn)鍋里炸。一轉(zhuǎn)眼潔白的蒜頭變得金黃了,香氣四溢,我趕緊倒下木耳,“啪”刺耳的聲音嚇了我一大跳。接著下了豬肉和撒了少許的鹽。我拿著鏟子笨手笨腳地翻一遍,把蓋子蓋上,心總算平靜下來(lái)。

I quickly fell the agaric, and the sharp sound of "pa" scared me. Then the pork and a little salt were added. I fumbled through it with a shovel, closed the lid, and finally calmed down.
過(guò)了一會(huì)兒,菜炒好了,木耳黑得似發(fā),豬肉又香又脆,我?jiàn)A起一塊木耳來(lái)吃,??!真香。
After a while, the dishes are fried. The fungus is as black as hair. The pork is fragrant and crispy. I'll take a piece of fungus and eat it. Ah! Really fragrant.
