盼望著養(yǎng)蠶的時(shí)間又到了，同班同學(xué)送給我八只已經(jīng)出殼的小蠶。此時(shí)，小蠶黑不溜秋的身子，象幾只小螞蟻，在桑葉上面靜靜的呆著。爸爸幫我找來(lái)了一個(gè)化妝品包裝盒，把上面的蓋子剪了，我們給蠶寶寶安了一個(gè)舒適的家。

Looking forward to sericulture time again, my classmates gave me eight small silkworms with shells. At this time, the black body of the little silkworm, like a few little ants, is quietly staying on the mulberry leaves. Dad helped me find a cosmetic box and cut the lid on it. We made a comfortable home for canbao'an.

去年，我和爸爸一起在家門(mén)口的小花鋪里種了四棵桑樹(shù)，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)長(zhǎng)了很多很多嫩綠的葉子，我決定要用最新鮮的桑葉喂養(yǎng)我的蠶寶寶。看著蠶寶寶吃著鮮嫩的桑葉，我開(kāi)心極了！

Last year, my father and I planted four mulberry trees in the small flower shop at the door of our home. Now we have many green leaves. I decided to feed my silkworm baby with the freshest mulberry leaves. I am very happy to see the baby silkworm eating the fresh mulberry leaves!

每天放學(xué)，我第一關(guān)心的就是我的蠶寶寶們了，看看它們有沒(méi)有長(zhǎng)大，桑葉有沒(méi)有夠吃，它們的家有沒(méi)有糞便，如果臟了，我就給它們清理干凈。更換桑葉，清理蠶寶寶的家成為我每天最快樂(lè)的一項(xiàng)工作。

Every day after school, my first concern is my silkworm babies, to see if they have grown up, mulberry leaves have enough to eat, their home has no excrement, if dirty, I will clean them up. Changing mulberry leaves and cleaning the silkworm baby's home have become my happiest work every day.

漸漸地我發(fā)現(xiàn)，蠶寶寶越長(zhǎng)越大了。一開(kāi)始，蠶寶寶們只要一片桑葉就夠它們呆在上面了，到后來(lái)要放三、四片葉子才夠它們吃。其中有兩只蠶寶寶長(zhǎng)得特別快，胖乎乎的身子，食量很大，一只蠶寶寶一天就能吃掉兩片桑葉。媽媽說(shuō)吃得多就長(zhǎng)得快，它們的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力很強(qiáng)。我還發(fā)現(xiàn)，每當(dāng)蠶寶寶變大之前，它們都要艱難的脫去身上的皮，頭上的殼。脫皮是從它們的嘴巴開(kāi)始的，先是把嘴巴上的硬殼脫去，然后從頭部往尾部脫皮。有一次，我發(fā)現(xiàn)一只蠶寶寶的皮一直掛在尾部，好象阻礙了它的行動(dòng)，我就用棉簽壓住它那褪下的皮，幫助蠶寶寶成功的脫皮。

Gradually I found that the longer the silkworms grow, the bigger they are. At first, silkworm babies need only one mulberry leaf to stay on it. Later, they need three or four leaves to eat. Among them, there are two silkworm babies growing very fast, chubby body, eating a lot, a silkworm baby can eat two mulberry leaves a day. Mom said that eating too much makes them grow fast. They are very competitive. I also found that when silkworm babies grow up, they have to take off the skin and the shell on their heads. Peeling starts with their mouths, first removing the hard shell from their mouths, and then peeling from the head to the tail. Once, I found that the skin of a silkworm baby was always hanging at the tail, which seemed to hinder its action. I used a cotton swab to press on its shed skin to help the silkworm baby successfully peel.

蠶寶寶的食量越來(lái)越大，身子也長(zhǎng)得越來(lái)越長(zhǎng)，包裝盒顯得很擁擠，爸爸找來(lái)了一個(gè)更大的盒子，我?guī)托Q寶寶搬了一個(gè)“新家”。沒(méi)過(guò)幾天，那兩只最大的蠶寶寶停食了，它們有時(shí)靜止的在那抬著頭，似乎在想著什么，有時(shí)又四處爬動(dòng)，好象要找什么東西似的。媽媽對(duì)我說(shuō)：“這兩只最大的蠶寶寶要準(zhǔn)備吐絲結(jié)繭了，得另外找個(gè)干凈的地方讓它們安靜地吐絲?！?我把它們移到了另一個(gè)小盒子里，讓它們能盡快的適應(yīng)新環(huán)境。第二天上午，當(dāng)我從學(xué)校放學(xué)回家沖過(guò)去看它們的時(shí)候，那兩只蠶分別找了一個(gè)角落正在那里努力地工作呢！

又過(guò)了幾天，其他幾只蠶寶寶也陸續(xù)的開(kāi)始吐絲了，一個(gè)個(gè)潔白的、象小蛋一樣的繭，分布在盒子的各個(gè)角落。爸爸告訴我：“蠶寶寶吐完絲結(jié)完繭就要開(kāi)始新的生命了，它們會(huì)變異成蛹，蠶蛹在繭里休眠一個(gè)月左右的時(shí)間后又會(huì)變成蛾，蛾就會(huì)從繭里出來(lái)，通過(guò)交配產(chǎn)卵后死去?！?/p>

A few days later, several other silkworm babies began to spin silk one after another, one by one, white cocoons like little eggs, distributed in every corner of the box. My father told me: "when the baby silkworms have finished spinning and cocooning, they will start a new life. They will change into pupae. After a month or so of dormancy in the cocoon, the pupae will turn into moths. The moths will come out of the cocoon and die after mating and spawning."

這次養(yǎng)蠶的經(jīng)歷，讓我增長(zhǎng)了許多知識(shí)，了解了蠶寶寶的生長(zhǎng)和生命進(jìn)化。我想如果明年我再養(yǎng)蠶，一定會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)更多有關(guān)于蠶寶寶的知識(shí)。
