最近，老師叫我們完成一篇研究課題為《樹與人體健康》的文章。為了這個課題，我查了不少資料。

　　看了這些資料以后，我已深刻地認(rèn)識到我國生態(tài)破壞嚴(yán)重性。我想：要保護(hù)和改善我們的生活環(huán)境，需要我們每個人都行動起來。我作為一名小學(xué)生，能對保護(hù)環(huán)境做些什么呢？今天，我從媽媽訂閱的《讀者》上看到因我國的黃河上游水土流失嚴(yán)重，為了拯救我們的母親河，讀者雜志社舉辦讀者林捐款活動，所有讀者的捐款都用于黃河上游的植樹造林。有一位小朋友把自己準(zhǔn)備買玩具汽車的錢捐了出來。我看后非常感動，也決定把自己多年積攢下來的壓歲錢拿出來，讓媽媽帶我到郵局把錢寄去，希望能用它來多種幾棵樹，保護(hù)我們的母親河。
