中國留學(xué)服務(wù)中心日前在上海光大會展中心舉辦了“中國國際高等教育巡回展”，共有１６個(gè)國家的９５所學(xué)校和教育機(jī)構(gòu)參加，短短兩天竟吸引了上萬名參觀咨詢者。展會計(jì)劃上午９點(diǎn)對外開放，但剛過８點(diǎn)半已有許多迫不及待的參觀者擠在門口，除了大學(xué)生之外，更多的是父母陪伴而來的中學(xué)生。而且中學(xué)生留洋正面對留學(xué)低齡化現(xiàn)象，不少學(xué)生和家長認(rèn)為國內(nèi)的中學(xué)教育水平與國外同類學(xué)校相比有差距，國內(nèi)的教學(xué)方式太呆板，而國外的教學(xué)更有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造性思維。但事實(shí)果真如此嗎？

The domestic teaching method is too rigid, and the foreign teaching is more conducive to the cultivation of students' creative thinking. But is it true?

那么，中學(xué)生們急著出國的真正原因是什么？一些教師和家長們說：主要原因是就學(xué)和就業(yè)的壓力太大。特別是每年高考成績揭曉之后，眾多高考生“幾家歡喜幾家愁”。雖然高考錄取率已經(jīng)達(dá)到52%以上，但高中生的高考壓力仍然很大，于是，出國便成為中學(xué)生的另一個(gè)選擇。因?yàn)閲獾拇髮W(xué)好上，競爭不如國內(nèi)那么激烈。不少家長和學(xué)生認(rèn)為：一旦留學(xué)回來，喝了“洋墨水”工作也好找。

Many parents and students think that once they come back from studying abroad, they can find a job after drinking "foreign ink".

可是學(xué)生與家長們的美好愿望未必都能實(shí)現(xiàn)，記得一位留學(xué)生回憶自己的海外生活說：剛出去的時(shí)候，學(xué)習(xí)勁頭還很足，可是時(shí)間一長，那些比較散漫的學(xué)生不斷影響我，很多國內(nèi)正讀初中、高中的學(xué)生出來之后，因?yàn)槟挲g小，獨(dú)立性太差，該學(xué)的知識沒學(xué)，一些他國留學(xué)生的陋習(xí)倒學(xué)了不少?？梢娗房紤]的盲目出國，到頭來只會害了自己。

與國外相比，中國的學(xué)生成熟比較晚。一般的中學(xué)生價(jià)值取向還比較幼稚，判斷力、接受力可能都存在一些問題；另外中國的家長對學(xué)生習(xí)慣于全方位的監(jiān)管，可學(xué)生一旦到了國外，失去了這種約束，這種自由讓他們無所適從，很容易走向另一個(gè)極端，從而失去了留學(xué)最初始的意愿。還有，國外的教育方式與國內(nèi)不同，他們給學(xué)生很大的自由空間，教育方式的巨大差異，加之一些學(xué)生年齡較小，使他們的適應(yīng)性和自律性都受到考驗(yàn)。所以出國讀書對他們并不是最好的選擇。

不過中學(xué)生出國讀書，也不能一概斷定利大弊大。從個(gè)性上說，有的學(xué)生性格堅(jiān)強(qiáng)，具有一定獨(dú)立性，也比較開朗，出國后會較快適應(yīng)外面的環(huán)境；也有的學(xué)生在國內(nèi)成績不太好，自信心較差，但確實(shí)有上升的潛質(zhì)，他們出去以后，有可能會重新建立自信心，獲得較好的發(fā)展空間。如果是這樣，那么成功留學(xué)就是一筆財(cái)富。記得有一個(gè)學(xué)生，高中畢業(yè)之后，就前往馬來西亞留學(xué)，一年時(shí)間通過了“雅思”考試，開始在當(dāng)?shù)毓プx商科，在國外獨(dú)立生活了4年的他，眼睛里多了幾分成熟，處事也大方周到。還沒畢業(yè)，已經(jīng)被湖南廣電“相中”。

其實(shí)凡事都有兩面性，有的學(xué)生獨(dú)立性和自理能力都不夠，要他們一下子遠(yuǎn)離家鄉(xiāng)、父母，面對著令人眼花繚亂的新環(huán)境，就會無所適從，這對尚未成熟的學(xué)生心理是個(gè)很大的傷害，不利于學(xué)生的成長，更不要說把學(xué)習(xí)搞好了。

然而值得慶幸的是，比起前兩年的盲目留學(xué)熱，高中生們已經(jīng)放慢了留學(xué)的腳步，談及個(gè)中緣由，我認(rèn)為是越來越多的歸國留學(xué)生，畢業(yè)后找不到理想的工作，又使家長們產(chǎn)生顧慮：花這么大代價(jià)將孩子送到國外讀書，回國后找不到工作，到底值不值？另外，家長與學(xué)生對“黑中介”的恐懼也是出國留學(xué)人數(shù)減少的重要原因。

However, fortunately, compared with the previous two years' enthusiasm for studying abroad blindly, high school students have slowed down the pace of studying abroad. 雖然出國留學(xué)出現(xiàn)很多問題，但并不能因噎廢食，只要選擇正規(guī)的中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，家長和學(xué)生都調(diào)整好出國留學(xué)的心態(tài)，出國留學(xué)不但可以緩解國內(nèi)升學(xué)壓力，還可以讓學(xué)生早點(diǎn)接觸到國際較為先進(jìn)的觀念，增強(qiáng)與不同國家、不同文化背景的人打交道的能力，學(xué)成畢業(yè)后，將來一定會是國家的一筆財(cái)富。
