王國維在《人間詞話》中有這樣一段論述：“詩人對宇宙人生，須入乎其內，又須出乎其外。入乎其內，故能寫之，出乎其外，故能觀之；入乎其內，故有生氣，出乎其外，故有高致?！?/p>

所謂“入”，也就是我們常說的“鉆進去”。做事時全身心的投入是必要的，這樣才能保證我們成事的決心和做事的效率。而浮于表層正是成功的死敵，淺嘗輒止的結果是使我們象寓言里的那只鼴鼠，門門懂卻樣樣瘟，終究做不好一件事。

The result is that we are like the mole in the fable, but the door knows everything, and we can't do a good job after all.

有一個故事大家都不會陌生，說的是羅丹在工作時差點把他的客人茨威格鎖在工作室里。從這件事中，我們不難看出羅丹對工作的投入到了何等程度，他“鉆進去”工作，竟忘掉了整個世界。后來茨威格回憶說，那天他在羅丹工作室學到的比在學校學到的東西還多。這種“入”的境界和知識同樣重要。縱觀古今，大凡成事者無不有“入”的決心?！叭搿辈庞型豸酥畬懲甑?8缸墨水，“入”才有玄奘取經跋涉幾萬里的行程，“入”才有陳景潤演算的幾十麻袋的稿紙。有了“入”，一切才有成功的可能。

Only after Wang Xizhi finished writing 18 cylinders of ink, and Xuanzang traveled tens of thousands of miles to get scriptures, and Chen Jingrun calculated dozens of sacks of paper. With "in", everything is possible to succeed.

當然，這里所說的“入”并不代表一味蠻干，而是要與“出”相協(xié)調的。

蘇軾的《題西林壁》中有這樣一句：“不識廬山真面目，只緣身在此山中。”這句詩對“出”的必要作了最好的闡釋。我們做事是由主觀意識起著主導作用，而人的想法誰也不能保證不出一絲紕漏。荀子曰“智者干慮，必有一失”，當我們出現(xiàn)失誤時，如果不能及時糾正，就可能誤入歧途，等我們醒悟過來時，也只能哀嘆“一失足成千古恨”了。所以，在做事為人時，跳出主觀的圈子，從旁觀者的角度審視自己是很重要的，這樣才能使我們少犯錯誤。

Su Shi's "title west forest wall" has such a sentence: "do not know the true face of Lushan, only in this mountain." This poem gives the best explanation of the necessity of "going out". We do things by subjective consciousness plays a leading role, and no one can guarantee that there is no mistake in people's ideas. Xunzi said, "if a wise man worries, there will be a mistake." when we make a mistake, if we can't correct it in time, we may go astray. When we wake up, we can only lament that "a mistake becomes eternal hatred". Therefore, when doing things as human beings, it is very important to jump out of the subjective circle and look at ourselves from the perspective of bystanders, so that we can make fewer mistakes.

英國數(shù)學家多番維爾傾注了三十多年的精力，把圓周率值推算到小數(shù)點后八百多位?？墒呛笕税l(fā)現(xiàn)，他在第三百多位時就出現(xiàn)了錯誤，也就是說，他后面二十來年的努力都是白費。科學是容不得半點馬虎的，多番維爾如果能在工作過程中經常客觀地審查自己的步驟和數(shù)據(jù)，就可能不會留下這個遺憾了?？茖W如此，人生又何嘗不是?常常聽人后悔自己什么做得不好，什么不該做，事后再多的悔恨也于事無補，我們應該從中吸取教訓，對“出”的意義有一個更好的認識。

有人說，我們不能決定生命的長度，卻能增加它的深度；我們不能改變生命的數(shù)量，卻能提高它的質量。我們要把握好“入”和“出”，用“入”來增加人生的深度，用“出”來提高生命的質量，出入之間，創(chuàng)造成功的人生。
