出入人生

王國維在《人間詞話》中有這樣一段論述:“詩人對宇宙人生,須入乎其內,又須出乎其外。入乎其內,故能寫之,出乎其外,故能觀之;入乎其內,故有生氣,出乎其外,故有高致?!?/p>

從這段話中,我們不僅能看出這位國學大師獨特的為文之道,而且能感悟到其中深蘊的人生智慧:人而為事,出能觀之,方能立于不敗之地。

所謂“入”,也就是我們常說的“鉆進去”。做事時全身心的投入是必要的,這樣才能保證我們成事的決心和做事的效率。而浮于表層正是成功的死敵,淺嘗輒止的結果是使我們象寓言里的那只鼴鼠,門門懂卻樣樣瘟,終究做不好一件事。

蘇軾的《題西林壁》中有這樣一句:“不識廬山真面目,只緣身在此山中。”這句詩對“出”的必要作了最好的闡釋。我們做事是由主觀意識起著主導作用,而人的想法誰也不能保證不出一絲紕漏。荀子曰“智者干慮,必有一失”,當我們出現(xiàn)失誤時,如果不能及時糾正,就可能誤入歧途,等我們醒悟過來時,也只能哀嘆“一失足成千古恨”了。所以,在做事為人時,跳出主觀的圈子,從旁觀者的角度審視自己是很重要的,這樣才能使我們少犯錯誤。
