　　世界上的運(yùn)動(dòng)有很多種，其中我最喜歡的運(yùn)動(dòng)是一個(gè)需要水的運(yùn)動(dòng)叫“游泳”。

　　游泳前要先換泳裝或泳褲，戴泳帽及泳鏡，下水前還要做暖身操，做暖身操是為了預(yù)防游泳時(shí)抽筋，才不會(huì)有溺水的情形發(fā)生。

　　我喜歡游泳因?yàn)榭梢猿诉\(yùn)動(dòng)之外又可以玩水，而且夏天泡在冷水里全身涼爽舒暢，滿身的暑氣，全都消失不見(jiàn)了。如果又喝一杯冰冰涼涼的可樂(lè)，那真是一件心曠神怡的事，游泳的那一天晚上特別好睡覺(jué)喔。

　　游泳不但可以消暑，還可以運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)身，是一項(xiàng)令人喜歡的運(yùn)動(dòng)，暑假就快到了，真希望媽媽能幫我和妹妹報(bào)名參加游泳課，讓我游個(gè)痛快!
