　　Every day must look outwards;

　　Must rest 1-2 hours a day;

　　Sleep at least eight hours a day;

　　我發(fā)現(xiàn)許多同學都不愛護眼睛，眼睛可是非常厲害的，他能看到任何東西，如果沒有眼睛，那你就不會看見路，更不要說騎自行車、電動車、摩托車、汽車，想到任何地方都不能，而且，假如沒有眼睛，那人們都沒法吃東西，就會而死。

　　我還發(fā)現(xiàn)許多同學都是瞎子，我想，這就是他不愛護眼睛的原因吧，要想保護眼睛必須要有這幾點：

　　每天必須向外眺望;

　　每天必須休息1—2小時;

　　每天至少也得睡8小時;

　　請同學們一定要保護眼睛!
