一.托?？谡Z備考攻略之找到薄弱點

1.定位

很多真考過的同學手頭已經(jīng)拿出了一個實實在在的口語分數(shù)了。想要突破現(xiàn)在成績單上的分數(shù)，就要了解這個分數(shù)代表了什么。

小站君認為托?？谡Z分數(shù)分成三個檔次，即1-20分, 21-24分和26-30分。

分數(shù)在1-20的同學，其他三門可能有至少一門有較大缺陷，所以建議在認真準備突破口語的之前去把這個短木板補長起來。

分數(shù)在21-24的同學，口語已經(jīng)講地還算可以了，然而在表達自己的時候還是比較吃力，表述也不是很清楚，和Native Speaker還是有可見的差距的。

分數(shù)在26-30的同學，能夠非常清楚和流利地表達自己，聽上去和Native Speaker非常相近。

2.找薄弱點

在托?？谡Z中，不存在25這個分數(shù)。個人認為25是個很大的分水嶺。25以下皆凡俗，25以上渡劫成功。大家可以根據(jù)評官方評分標準找到自己的薄弱點。然后接下來就是如何克服薄弱點了。

二.托?？谡Z備考攻略之克服薄弱點

1.基礎項：語法和詞匯

在托福四門分項里，詞匯和語法從來都是最大頭的一部分。沒有詞匯你看不懂閱讀、聽不懂聽力也寫不出文章。語法也同理。你在做口語的時候，聽不懂口語題里的聽力，看不懂口語題里的文章，答題時找不到自己想表達的貼切的詞、組織句子存在困難等等，你說你能拿幾分?所以如果你覺得自己的語法和詞匯還存在比較大的問題，那么你的口語在不提高這兩者的情況下是很難有大的提升的。

2.口音

什么是口音?其實很簡單，你在講一門外語的時候，把另一門語言的發(fā)音和語法慣式帶入到了該外語中，這就是口音。比如，西語/斯拉夫語母語者常常把帶“r”的詞匯念出意大利歌劇的感覺;又比如，一些中國的同學說的“Chinglish”。由于中國本身方言千千萬萬種，普通話口音有千千萬萬種，英文口音也自然有千千萬萬種，比如北京英語、上海英語、川渝英語、河南英語、東北英語和港澳臺廣東英語等等。比如說到底，都是沒有擺脫母語對英文的影響。

純正(英美)口音為什么重要呢?絕大部分的中國托?？忌际菫榱烁懊缹W習或者工作的。如果有時間，一定要做Accent Reduction。雖說中國口音是你Cultural Identity的一種具體體現(xiàn)，但是擁有美國口音絕對是利大于弊的。作為學生，有美音更容易融入(打入)美國團體，甚至是國際團體，教更多更優(yōu)質的朋友。教授更喜歡有美音的小朋友，因為it shows commitment and talents。出了校園，HR更愿意相信有美音的應聘者，因為他們更能清楚地表達自己，從而達到更高的工作效率......總而言之，American Accent在美國會讓你的生活更精彩。如果你在美國讀了好幾年書，一出口還是一口濃濃的Chinglish，那也太不應該了吧。

那么口音在托?？谡Z中是什么樣的地位?我沒有直接的證據(jù)證明美國口音的英文是絕對有利于托?？谡Z的提高的，畢竟ETS也不會給我們提供這樣的數(shù)據(jù)。但是如果你身邊有口語在26以上的同學，我相信他們的英文或多或少都是帶美國口音的。退一步來講，美音對你的口語提高是絕對有利肯定無害的(剛剛說了自己說過最武斷的話呢。)所以，Accent Reduction還是很有必要的。

3.答題邏輯

答題邏輯也很重要，在答題的過程中一定要把握好邏輯，口語答案如何展開，如何鋪墊，如何結尾都需要很好的邏輯思維能力。

I do agree with the statement. Coz first, in workplace, those personality traits help to build up a good relation with others, like your clients, business partners, and employees, which means efficiency and sometime potential business opportunities; but if a person is too introverted, arrogant or bossy, others may feel discouraged to exchange ideas with him, that will lead to misunderstandings and even a strained relationship; second, those features also help to maintain a happy and harmonious family atmosphere, successful businessmen are usually very busy, so they should be more patient, caring and outgoing when dealing with family members who they love the most; a happy family life is just the precondition for a successful business career.

Firstly, business is partially about interacting with people, in which interpersonal skill plays a real critical role. For a negotiation between two firms, the process of getting to know each other’s needs is on the top of the list. In order to get to that point, the languages and behaviors the head of the firm use matter a lot to show its kindness and respect to the counterpart. Being friendly and out going is one of the keys during the whole process.

Secondly, for the harmonious phenomenon in the firm. You personality, to some extent, substantially affects the connections among these departments, like the manufacturing department and marketing.
