我們到萬泉河進(jìn)行一次難忘的探險(xiǎn)。被譽(yù)為中國“亞馬遜河”的萬泉河，宛如一條翡翠的玉帶，自五指山蜿蜒而下，流入瓊海水域后匯集博鰲入海口。

叢林穿越，崖降，溯溪，溪降這一路，深山幽谷，溪水涔涔，基本保持原生態(tài)，自然風(fēng)光是原始質(zhì)樸的美。雖然已經(jīng)被開辟為旅游線路，所幸人為因素算來不多，不顯，就是在陡峻之處加了防護(hù)的鐵鏈及助力的鋼管。漂流艇出發(fā)前，教官囑咐我們要愛護(hù)萬泉河，保護(hù)生態(tài)。心里有記著，但玩得高興也有忘乎所以的時(shí)候……

在坐船到探險(xiǎn)區(qū)的一路上，幾條船上的人就已經(jīng)開戰(zhàn)了。大家都在朝另外的船隊(duì)潑水，一路下來，盡是濕碌碌的一身，個(gè)個(gè)活象落湯雞，只是還樂開了花！接下來就是叢林穿越了，由于是上坡路，路時(shí)陡時(shí)細(xì)，導(dǎo)游還嚇唬人說，這里的叢林里有“見血封喉”，早聞其名，故心驚膽戰(zhàn)，連這么稀有可怕的樹都有，一會(huì)還不知道會(huì)不會(huì)竄出什么嚇人的東西哩。

懸崖速降，在教練的指導(dǎo)與保護(hù)下，利用繩索由巖壁頂端下降，感受一步一步走向懸崖，走向生命的“邊緣”的一剎那；感受高空墜落前的瞬間！隊(duì)員自己掌握下降的速度，落點(diǎn)，以到達(dá)地面。速降并不需要嚴(yán)格的專業(yè)技巧，但只要開始下降，就無法退縮，必須克服恐懼與障礙，堅(jiān)持到底。從自我激勵(lì)，自我控制到超越自我，最終走向成功。站在懸崖頂端，依葫蘆畫瓢地系安全帶，主腰扣，八字環(huán)……然后……跳下來……天空很高，叢林很密，人很小，墜落很容易，對(duì)生命很依戀。蜘蛛俠，功夫片，垂直極限。在危險(xiǎn)中挑戰(zhàn)與生俱來的恐懼感。速降的技術(shù)是：右手位于右腰后側(cè)，握緊繩索就能讓身體固定住，右手放松會(huì)在重力作用下勻速下降。其實(shí)開始我很害怕，特別是那條繩索，我怎么看就怎么象條蛇——這輩子最懼怕的動(dòng)物，都不敢抓繩，看著剩下等待的同事不多了，就只能趕鴨子上架拉。沒想到，很輕松的一蹦一蹦就下來拉，想想不過爾爾呀。

In fact, at the beginning, I was afraid, especially the rope, how I looked like a snake - the most feared animal in my life, dare not grasp the rope. Seeing that there are not many colleagues left to wait, I can only catch the duck and pull on the shelf. I didn't expect that I would come down as soon as I jumped. I can't think about it.

溯溪，顧名思義就是逆流而上。其特點(diǎn)與樂趣在于不斷克服一個(gè)接一個(gè)的急流，瀑布，跌水，旋渦，急流勇進(jìn)，逆水前行。當(dāng)然專門的器械，技術(shù)不可少，更要依靠隊(duì)友之間的傾力配合。由于自始至終在水中行進(jìn)，時(shí)而淌，時(shí)而游，往往不長的一段溪谷也要?dú)v盡艱辛才能穿過。

Its characteristics and fun lie in constantly overcoming one after another rapids, waterfalls, falls, vortices, rapids and advancing against the water. 溯溪是在峽谷溪流的上下游之間，克服地形上的各處障礙，窮水之源而登山之巔的一項(xiàng)探險(xiǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。由于溯溪所涉及的地形復(fù)雜多樣，不同的地域須用不同的裝備，選擇不同的方式進(jìn)行，因而使得這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)充滿了各種變化和未知。溯溪極具挑戰(zhàn)性，溯溪者需要去挑戰(zhàn)急流險(xiǎn)灘，深潭飛瀑，克服艱難險(xiǎn)阻。它要求同伴之間密切配合，去完成艱難的攀登，對(duì)于溯行者既是一種考驗(yàn)，也是一種成就，相信自己也要相信同伴，付出艱險(xiǎn)更會(huì)等到滿足。在與峽谷溪流搏擊后，在激情與沉靜交替間，沉醉于藍(lán)天碧水。感受著生命的躍動(dòng)與安寧。峽谷之美最引人入勝的魅力，莫過它的神秘氣氛。兩岸樹木，古藤參差陰郁。峭壁飛瀑洋溢者原始的芬芳。溪谷中的寧靜和涼爽感更是最高的享受。

It requires close cooperation between peers to complete the difficult climb, which is not only a test for tracers, but also an achievement. After fighting with the canyon and stream, in the alternation of passion and silence, I was immersed in the blue sky and clear water. Feel the movement and peace of life. The most fascinating charm of Canyon beauty is its mysterious atmosphere. Trees on both sides of the river, old vines are uneven and gloomy. 這次溯溪的最大感受，就是團(tuán)結(jié)的力量，不可否認(rèn)，這溯溪路上，若沒有男同伴，我們的路將走不下去。象我們這樣的旱鴨子，一遇到踩不著底的深處，那種由衷的恐懼由內(nèi)而發(fā)——尖叫。男同事們要一個(gè)個(gè)的把我們接到淺灘上，闖過一道道天然的障礙，辛苦你們了！

最有刺激，樂趣的是高崖跳水項(xiàng)目。在臨近最后一個(gè)懸崖，底下有一個(gè)據(jù)說是神仙鑿成的“跳水潭”，深約十幾米，從崖上到水面約有8米深。想起平素我們觀看一些體育比賽，運(yùn)動(dòng)員在十來米高的跳臺(tái)跳水時(shí)的優(yōu)美動(dòng)作，有幾個(gè)同事心里癢癢的，也想過一把“跳水冠軍癮”?？墒俏覀兣榫蛻K拉，站在那里磨蹭半天就是不敢往下跳，逼不得已，一狠心，閉上眼睛往下就跳，“撲通！”激起水柱丈把高。直嗆得鼻子灌滿了水，但一浮上水面時(shí)就會(huì)高興得哈哈大笑。我開始也擔(dān)心被嗆水，不敢往下跳，但看到女同事們一個(gè)個(gè)都那么勇敢了，自己也壯膽往下跳，真爽。只是看著別人沉下去似乎不到一秒就浮上來了，可自己卻是撲騰了好久才往上冒呢，溺水的感覺想起來還是怕怕的。

Thinking of the ordinary sports games we watched, the graceful movements of the athletes in the ten meter high diving platform, several colleagues were itchy, and also wanted to have a "diving champion addiction". However, our female companion was miserable. Standing there for a long time, she did not dare to jump down. As a last resort, she closed her eyes and jumped down. "Plop!" Stir up the water column. He choked his nose full of water, but he would laugh when he came to the surface. I began to worry about choking water, and I didn't dare to jump down, but I saw that female colleagues were so brave one by one, and I also had the courage to jump down, which was really cool. Just watching others sink seems to float up in less than a second, but it took me a long time to rush up. I'm afraid of the feeling of drowning.

最后一個(gè)項(xiàng)目是懸崖溪降。據(jù)導(dǎo)游講，從崖上到崖底約25米深，起碼有8層樓高，天然瀑布長年漂潑。有恐高癥的人是不敢放眼下看的。對(duì)我們這些平素沒有經(jīng)歷過懸崖跳水的人也是驚險(xiǎn)動(dòng)作。這更是檢驗(yàn)人的耐心和毅力。根據(jù)導(dǎo)游要求，如往下速降最好往左邊移動(dòng)，以避開瀑布刺激眼睛。但我們偏偏要找刺激，每個(gè)人都故意往右邊速降，溪水從高空中往下飄潑，激起的水如煙霧似冰雹，直濺得眼睛睜不開了。中間雖有動(dòng)作不規(guī)范不知所措的時(shí)候，但大家終于都平安降落。溪降底下有個(gè)很深的潭，經(jīng)過長年溪水累積，溪水清涼清澈。這里又是一個(gè)跳水潭，由于之前經(jīng)歷過一次跳水，看著這個(gè)更深的潭子，女士們更是害怕嗆水。教練這會(huì)兒就來狠招了，一個(gè)個(gè)就推下去，等浮上來，臉色皆是慘白，恐怖呀！

The last project is cliff Creek. According to the guide, from the cliff to the bottom of the cliff, it is about 25 meters deep, at least 8 floors high, and the natural waterfall has been floating for years. People with acrophobia dare not look down. For those of us who have never experienced cliff diving, it's also a thrilling action. This is a test of patience and perseverance. According to the guide's requirements, if you want to make a quick descent, you'd better move to the left to avoid the waterfall and eye irritation. But we just want to find stimulation. Everyone purposely drops to the right, and the stream falls from the sky. The water is like smoke and hail, which makes our eyes unable to open. Although there was a time when we were at a loss, we all landed safely. There is a deep pool under the river. After years of accumulation, the water is cool and clear. It's a diving pool again. Because of a diving experience before, looking at the deeper pool, the ladies are even more afraid of choking. The coach now came to fight hard. He pushed them down one by one. When they came up, their faces were pale and horrible!

歸程中，我們每一個(gè)人都記住了峽谷的潺潺流水，記住了爬行在懸崖峭壁間的驚險(xiǎn)動(dòng)作，記住了8米跳臺(tái)的“跳水癮”，也記住了降之際瀑布激濺時(shí)眼睛欲睜未睜的樂顛狀。那種穿激流，越險(xiǎn)灘，跨峽谷，賞雨林的激情仍然澎湃不已。

On the way back, each of us remembered the murmuring water of the canyon, the thrilling action of crawling among the cliffs, the "diving addiction" of the 8-meter platform, and the music of the eyes when the waterfall splashed.
