周村實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校就是一個(gè)團(tuán)結(jié)互助的集體。從學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，到普通教師，再到每個(gè)學(xué)生，人人都深深地認(rèn)識(shí)到并真切地感受到了這個(gè)大家庭的溫暖。趙國(guó)宏老師是我們學(xué)校一位工作認(rèn)真、勤奮上進(jìn)的骨干教師、共產(chǎn)黨員。他才三十幾歲，風(fēng)華正茂，正是為黨的教育事業(yè)努力工作的大好時(shí)機(jī)?？墒遣恍业昧酥夭?，生命垂危。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)聞?dòng)嵑螅浅ｊP(guān)心，立即決定，全校教職工伸出團(tuán)結(jié)友愛之手，為趙老師捐款。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)帶頭，教師積極響應(yīng)，很快為趙老師捐款近萬(wàn)元。對(duì)于昂貴的醫(yī)藥費(fèi)來(lái)說(shuō)，這些錢只是杯水車薪，但它代表了全校教職工團(tuán)結(jié)互助之心，送去了全體教職工對(duì)趙老師深深的祝福。雖然最終病魔奪走了趙老師的生命，但是團(tuán)結(jié)互助的種子卻深深地扎根在每一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)人的心中。

05年10月由學(xué)校黨委號(hào)召發(fā)起的“愛心助學(xué)基金會(huì)”正式成立，截至今年已累計(jì)接受教師捐款近萬(wàn)元，幫扶品學(xué)兼優(yōu)但家庭困難的學(xué)生十幾人。學(xué)校工會(huì)組織的教師幫扶貧困女學(xué)生活動(dòng)真正為生活困難的女學(xué)生解決了燃眉之急。初二二班的馬惠同學(xué)家長(zhǎng)雙雙下崗，加上家中姊妹三人都在上學(xué)，生活壓力巨大，面臨失學(xué)的困境。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)了解情況后主動(dòng)為她減免了學(xué)費(fèi)，校工會(huì)組織幾位教師對(duì)口幫助，給她交上了課本費(fèi)，買了學(xué)習(xí)用品，使她繼圓求學(xué)之夢(mèng)。

“敢打硬仗，拿團(tuán)體冠軍”是我們實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校多年來(lái)一直奉行的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)。哪年的中考復(fù)習(xí)，不是所有教師齊上陣：集體備課、搜集資料、監(jiān)考閱卷、總結(jié)分析……團(tuán)結(jié)互助、群策群力，才能最后取得如此驕人的成績(jī)。李慶生主任、楊新盛老師作為去年送畢業(yè)班的老教師，雖然今年接手初一級(jí)部數(shù)學(xué)、語(yǔ)文的教學(xué)工作，并擔(dān)任班主任，但對(duì)初四老師們的請(qǐng)教、求助從來(lái)都是全力以赴：分析某一課教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)；搜集整理復(fù)習(xí)資料；測(cè)驗(yàn)考試出試卷、閱卷……有時(shí)忙到深夜，從無(wú)一句怨言。平時(shí)初四的月考、模擬考試，從監(jiān)考到閱卷，不管初一級(jí)部還是初二、初三級(jí)部的老師都是齊上陣，保證了考試順利進(jìn)行，試卷得以及時(shí)批閱，進(jìn)行成績(jī)分析。
