第一階段：聽抄至少5篇托福聽力材料。一句一句地聽，把句子完整地寫下來。不會拼寫的寫下大致的拼法就行。一句話最多放音不超過三遍，即使沒有寫下來，也不要再回頭去聽。

這個階段練的是對細節(jié)的把握。之所以說3遍之后不要再聽，是因為：

1、有些句子可能從句多，比較長，難以一次記錄

2、3遍以后對細節(jié)應(yīng)該了解了，目的也就達到了

3、這種情況一般只出現(xiàn)在頭兩三篇練習(xí)，進行到后面會慢慢好轉(zhuǎn)的

第二階段：聽大意至少五篇。以兩至三句句子為一個單位，一個單位一聽。然后寫下這兩、三句話的大意。不需要再像第一階段一樣寫下每個單詞。

這個階段托福聽力學(xué)習(xí)的是概括能力。托福長段子的長度決定了它的題目數(shù)量，一般來說4~5題配上這點長度(200個詞左右)，每2~3句話必出一道題才能出夠題目數(shù)量。

第三階段：托福聽力聽全文至少5篇。聽好之后總結(jié)下文章的key point。然后看自己聽到的與問題所涉及到的句子是否一致。一致就說明你聽到點子上了。那么其他的話就算有沒聽懂的也無所謂了。

這個階段練習(xí)你對主旨題的把握，以及對重要句子的敏感度。
