托福聽力長篇內(nèi)容提升理解力訓(xùn)練方法介紹

第一階段：聽抄至少3篇。一句一句地聽，把句子完整地寫下來。不會拼寫的寫下大致的拼法就行。一句話最多放音不超過三遍，即使沒有寫下來，也不要再回頭去聽。

第二階段：聽大意至少五篇。以兩至三句句子為一個單位，一個單位一聽。然后寫下這兩、三句話的大意。不需要再像第一階段一樣寫下每個單詞。

這個階段練習(xí)的是概括能力。托福長段子的長度決定了它的題目數(shù)量，一般來說4~5題配上這點長度(200個詞左右)，每2~3句話必出一道題才能出夠題目數(shù)量。

第三階段：聽全文至少5篇。聽好之后總結(jié)下文章的key point。然后看自己聽到的與問題所涉及到的句子是否一致。一致就說明你聽到點子上了。那么其他的話就算有沒聽懂的也無所謂了。

這個階段練習(xí)你對主旨題的把握，以及對重要句子的敏感度。

1、這個過程是循序漸進的，而且每個階段的重點不同。所以不要跳掉任何一個階段或者顛倒階段次序。

2、每個階段5篇是個基數(shù)，大家覺得不夠可以酌情增加。

3、合理安排、認真練習(xí)的話，兩周就可以把段子題的錯誤控制在兩個左右。
