一.托?？谡Z(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)提升
托福口語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)提升一定要多做聽(tīng)力練習(xí)。記得有一個(gè)老師教學(xué)生口語(yǔ)的時(shí)候講過(guò)，練習(xí)口語(yǔ)的時(shí)候，先堅(jiān)持做一個(gè)星期的聽(tīng)力，只聽(tīng)就行，不用跟讀，不用復(fù)述，每天堅(jiān)持聽(tīng)三個(gè)小時(shí)以上，弄懂聽(tīng)力材料中的每一句話，堅(jiān)持一個(gè)星期以后，再用這些材料來(lái)做口語(yǔ)練習(xí)。完全不跟讀的做法有些不合適，但是這種方法強(qiáng)調(diào)聽(tīng)力練習(xí)在口語(yǔ)練習(xí)中的重要性還是非?？扇〉?。為什么聽(tīng)力是練習(xí)口語(yǔ)的基礎(chǔ)呢?我們?cè)谇懊嬉呀?jīng)提到過(guò)，聽(tīng)力之所以是基礎(chǔ)是因?yàn)槁?tīng)清楚以后，我們才能準(zhǔn)確把握發(fā)音，只有準(zhǔn)確把握發(fā)音以后才能正確模仿出來(lái)。所以說(shuō)聽(tīng)清聽(tīng)懂是能夠練好口語(yǔ)的基礎(chǔ)。而且，托福綜合口語(yǔ)中還要考察大家的聽(tīng)力能力。由此可見(jiàn)，托福口語(yǔ)想要拿到高分，聽(tīng)力不練好是不行的。
二.托?？谡Z(yǔ)練習(xí)
1. 跟讀復(fù)述練習(xí)
聽(tīng)力是口語(yǔ)練習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)，但是最終還是要回歸到口語(yǔ)練習(xí)上來(lái)。首先大家要做的是跟讀和復(fù)述練習(xí)，聽(tīng)清聽(tīng)力材料后，一定要按照聽(tīng)力材料中的發(fā)音和語(yǔ)調(diào)來(lái)模仿。建議在跟讀和復(fù)述過(guò)程中錄音，然后對(duì)比原版，反復(fù)修正，直到發(fā)音表達(dá)很自然很地道為止。
2. 針對(duì)題型練習(xí)
基礎(chǔ)練習(xí)過(guò)后，我們就要開(kāi)始針對(duì)題型來(lái)做口語(yǔ)練習(xí)了。托?？谡Z(yǔ)考試分為獨(dú)立口語(yǔ)和綜合口語(yǔ)兩部分，獨(dú)立口語(yǔ)根據(jù)問(wèn)題表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)，綜合口語(yǔ)根據(jù)閱讀或聽(tīng)力材料總結(jié)歸納觀點(diǎn)。針對(duì)題型練習(xí)的時(shí)候建議大家練完以后聽(tīng)一聽(tīng)口語(yǔ)的范例，學(xué)習(xí)一下口語(yǔ)范例的答題思路和邏輯。
3. 把握時(shí)間
最后一點(diǎn)，也是非常重要的一點(diǎn)。注意把握口語(yǔ)考試時(shí)間。獨(dú)立口語(yǔ)準(zhǔn)備15秒，答題45秒。綜合口語(yǔ)準(zhǔn)備30秒，答題60秒。考前練習(xí)中建議按照考試時(shí)間來(lái)做題，看看自己能否在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)構(gòu)思出完整答案，能否在限定時(shí)間內(nèi)將想要表達(dá)的內(nèi)容表達(dá)的完整清晰。

Personally speaking, I prefer professors make decisions. The main reason is professors’ choices tend to be mature and informed. They are clear about what students should learn and master for certain subjects. Taking the economics for example, professors have been investigating in this field for decades, they know students should learn courses like mathematics, econometrics, statistics, finance and so on, so as to master the skills needed in economics. However, if choosing by students, they are likely to be in a puzzle or at a loss about which courses to learn, consequently they may not learn necessary knowledge and achieve desired results.
