標準一：語言的流暢度與連貫性Fluency &Coherence

考官會聽什么：

(1)語言是否流暢。考生能否連續(xù)地說，還是需要放慢語速才能繼續(xù)說下去?是否需要重復說過的話才能保證不停頓?能否自然地使用話語標記?

(2)語言是否連貫?？忌f的話是否言之有理?是否回答了問題?能夠一直緊密圍繞著話題講嗎?

得分要素：我們在書中編排了一些可改善語言流暢度和連貫性的練習。由于語言是一個有機的整體，豐富的詞匯能使你的語言變得更通順——你腦海中的詞匯越多，你就越能自然流暢地表達自己的觀點，也就能避免發(fā)言時卡殼和放慢語速，而這些正是將考生得分局限在5 分以下的問題。

標準二：語法知識的廣度及準確度Grammatical Range &Accuracy

考官會聽什么：

(1)語法廣度?？忌欠衲苓\用簡單句和復合句?是否會使用各種時態(tài)?

(2) 語法準確度?？忌玫恼Z法準確嗎?是否用對了形容詞比較級和名詞復數形式?是否能意識到主謂一致?動詞的形式是否正確?代詞和介詞的使用是否正確?

標準三：詞匯Vocabulary

考官會聽什么：

考生的詞匯量有多大?所用詞匯是否多數屬于基本詞匯，只是偶爾夾雜一兩個不常用的詞匯?詞匯的使用是否正確?是否能夠始終用豐富的詞匯表達各種意思?

得分要素：背單詞的確會有用，但掌握詞匯的捷徑永遠是閱讀。如果你真想得到7 分，你就應該開始閱讀英語書籍。

標準四：發(fā)音Pronunciation

考官會聽什么：

(1)語音?？忌欠衲軌蛘莆蘸糜⒄Z的發(fā)音，比如development或 vital 中v的發(fā)音?語音是否容易讓人理解?

(2)節(jié)奏。考生是否能夠掌握英語的說話節(jié)奏?停頓的地方正確嗎?語言的語調和重音是否自然?

6 分 Competent User.Has generally effective command of the language despite some inaccuracies，inappropriateness and misunderstandings。 Can use and understand fairly complex language，particularly in familiar situations. (澳大利亞移民、英國留學分數線)及格，雖然有不準確、不適當和誤解發(fā)生，但大致能有效地運用英語，能使用并理解相當復雜的英語，特別是在熟悉的情況下。

5 分 Modest User.Has partial command of the language，coping with overall meaning in most situations，though is likely to make manv mistakes.Should be able to handle basic communication in own field. (加拿大移民、新西蘭移民分數線) 適當及格，可部分運用英語，在大多數情況下可應付全部的意思，雖然可能犯下許多錯誤，在本身領域內應可掌握基本的溝通。

2 分 Intermittent User.No real communication is possible except for the most basic information using isolated words or short formulae in familiar situalions and to meet immediate needs.Has great difficulty understanding spoken and written English. 只臺目禺爾使用英語，除非在熟悉的情況下能使用單詞和簡短的短句表達最基本的信息，在說寫方面有重大的障礙。

I’d like to talk about one of my idols, Justin Bieber. He’s a famous singer and songwriter in Canada.

If memory serves correctly ,I discovered him about 9 years ago when his song, “Baby” went viral on the internet. The song is all about understanding and exploring the concept of love, mainly the ambivalence a teenage boy feels for his first love . It’s quite a brainwashing song and I could sing along soon when listening to it. I became obsessed with the song because of its appealing melody and its catchy lyrics.

It was after hearing “Baby” that I began to familiarize myself with Justin Bieber and his songs. What is most interesting about Justin is that he isn’t only known for his numerous hits, but also his controversial personal life. He went through ups and downs after being famous overnight. In fact, he’s now far from the immature and

inexperienced young boy. If you don't know him, you must be amazed by his rich life experiences and various music styles, and you wouldn’t peg him as being a 24-year -old young man.

I think Justin Bieber is extremely creative and has written tons of beautiful and touching songs, which has helped him grow a population of true die-hard fans. I really hope I can meet him in person one day. I would ask him to take a selfie with me, and brag about that for the rest of my life.
