My favourite colour is blue, it is the colour of depth and stability. Blue symbolises wisdom, confidence and intelligence. And I don’t like the pink because it is too girly.

I suppose so. You know, different colour conveys different meaning to people. Red represents passion and enthusiasm while green means energetic. So I always choose the suitable colours for things.

I would like to paint my walls in light yellow or light blue because light colours convey warm and calm to me which should be suitable for household.

Yes, I believe different people have different psychological demand for colours. Some need peace of mind, whereas others may feel like energetic and rebellious.

I usually made toys in my childhood and sometimes I made some electronic devices in my teenage and those were very exciting for me. I felt overwhelmed whenever I had been able to make something that I aimed for. I would like to talk about the wooden boat I created in my childhood when I was 8 or 9 years old.

I saw a very nice looking boat in a toy store and had been fascinated to have it. But the price was too high for me and I did not ask my parents to buy it for me as I knew that it was very expensive. A few days later after my 5th-grade final exam, I went to visit my grandfather’s house and planned to make a boat similar to the boat I saw in the store. The original boat that I saw was made of metal and plastic but I planned to make one using the board, wood. The plan came to my mind as the woods and boards were available in my grandfather’s house.

I started making the boat from my memory and found that I was making the wrong one and I won’t be able to make the boat that I planned. I made a sketch and then started building the parts. This time I was successful and I had been able to make a nice looking boat. Later I coloured it and wrote my name on it. This was a fascinating experience as it was the first time I made something from wood and board. Before that, I mostly made toys from papers and after I made the boat, I showed it to everyone. I was very excited to have it and I was proud that I had been able to make it. I had this toy with me for one year or so this was a toy that inspired me to make some other toys that I made later on.

When I was a middle school student, I was really fond of my school library which was located in the middle of the school. It was a very old-fashioned building, probably built date back a decade ago. The library had twelve stories with a spiral staircase and lifts, so it was the tallest building in my school.

generally the library is divided into three sections: general books’ section, students’ reading room and computer room. The library had a large hall filled with big shelves, bookstands and furniture in each storey. The room is airy and spacious. More than hundred students can use it at the same time.

I went to the library almost several times a week. I was great fun for reading novels when I was a child. And at that time it was only place I could find wonderful books that I couldn’t get at home. Nearly all the books I borrowed were novels which benefited me tremendously because they broadened my horizons and cultivated my desire in my future education perspective. In addition, the librarian was my neighbour and was always polite to me which motivated me to come back again. So I had lots of unforgettable memories in that library.
