Usually I wake up at 6 o’clock and drag myself out of bed to the show at 6.30.And I made myself a quick breakfast of bread, egg and milk. At around half past seven, I leave for work.通常我6點(diǎn)起床，然后在6點(diǎn)半把自己從床上拽起來。我給自己做了一個(gè)面包、雞蛋和牛奶的早餐。在七點(diǎn)半左右，我去上班。

Is breakfast important?

Of course it is important. An nutrition-balanced breakfast will prepare you for a whole day of hectic work and more importantly it is one of the key factors to ensure your long term health.當(dāng)然這很重要。營養(yǎng)均衡的早餐將為你準(zhǔn)備一整天的忙碌工作，更重要的是，它是確保你長期健康的關(guān)鍵因素之一。

What is your morning routine?

The moment I wake up I like to drink one full glass of slightly cold water. Next thing that I do is put my running shoes on and go for walk. I walk/jog for around 20-30 minutes and then I do few regular exercises like jumping jacks, squats, rope skipping . I try to avoid tourist traps … I like to get away from it all and prefer going somewhere off the beaten track … last year I had the holiday of a lifetime … a two week wildlife safari in Kenya.我盡量避開旅游陷阱……我喜歡遠(yuǎn)離這一切，寧愿去一個(gè)不受歡迎的地方。去年我有了一個(gè)一生的假期……在肯尼亞進(jìn)行為期兩周的野生動(dòng)物旅行。

What kind of holiday do you like?

I love safari holidays but not necessarily all-inclusive holidays. Safari holidays are my favourite really because I like it off the beaten track. I like to get away from it all and avoid crowded places because I don’t find them restful or exciting. I live in a big city so don’t fancy going on a holiday to another big city. Two months ago I had a holiday of a lifetime: I went to Kenya’s wildlife safari park. What do you like to do when you’re on holiday?

I get the kick out of going to the local places of interest. I believe it’s best to investigate what the place has to offer. I like to go sightseeing and tend to sign up for guided tours and meet new people.
