雅思考試小作文中of的用法：

1、the number of

. 的數(shù)量 / 數(shù)據(jù) / 百分比。上面的 number(+可數(shù)詞)根據(jù)不同情況，可能會替換為：

1)amount(+不可數(shù)詞)

2)quantity / data / statistics(可數(shù)不可數(shù)都行)

3)percentage / proportion / rate / ratio(百分比時)

4)以及具體的 consumption / production 等..……

注意：figure(數(shù)據(jù))，一般單獨使用，如果表達 . 的數(shù)據(jù)，加介詞 for。

2、a sharp increase of + data

1)一個 .(具體是多少)的變化(數(shù)據(jù)等)。當想說有一段變化，且只說其變化的值(差值)時，用 of。比如：There was a sharp increase of 50 grams in the consumption of fish in 2000. 魚肉的銷量在 2000 年上升了 50g(可能是從 30g 到 80g)。

2)或者是某一個具體的數(shù)值，想稍微啰嗦一點呈現(xiàn)它，可以用 of。比如：In 2050, a figure of 27 grams is expected in the consumption of fish. 2050 年的時候，魚肉的銷量會達到 27g。

3、a period of . years

想說時間段的長度時，可以用 of。比如：The consumption of fish increased sharp for the period of 15 years. 魚肉的銷量在 15 年里面快速增加。

1、in + time

具體的某個時間點，一般都用 in。動態(tài)圖里，如果非要區(qū)分是起點還是終點，可以相應(yīng)替換為：since 或 by / until(前面動詞要變?yōu)橥瓿蓵r)。

具體某個地點(一般是城市、國家等較大地方)。地圖題，表示兩個東西一個在另一個里面的時候，也可以用 in(不是緊挨著或者在外面)。

4、at + temperature

1、on the other hand, / on the contrary,

on 的幾種用法都比較非主流，一個是一些小作文連接上的固定搭配，會用到 on。

2、spending on

3、information on

4、on the coastline
