開始上課時(shí)，我穿上工作服將自己裝扮成超市老板。對(duì)學(xué)生說I am the boss of this supermarket! I need five workers! One day work, one day rest. And each day I pay you $100.并展示了一張手繪的鈔票。在一個(gè)和平時(shí)教學(xué)環(huán)境完全不一樣的教室里學(xué)生很容易就興奮了起來，紛紛舉手要求應(yīng)聘。

我選了十個(gè)候選人，要求他們?cè)谧羁斓臅r(shí)間內(nèi)將貨物放到相應(yīng)的買場(chǎng)。并請(qǐng)其他學(xué)生幫我想問題怎么來面試。學(xué)生問了一些很有趣的問題，如

經(jīng)過挑選完員工后，開始學(xué)習(xí)新單詞。我準(zhǔn)備了實(shí)物，以提高他們的興趣。并請(qǐng)員工將其放入正確的買場(chǎng)中。在整個(gè)過程中顧客并未看全所有的貨物。在此我準(zhǔn)備了個(gè)小游戲，借此復(fù)習(xí)7年級(jí)學(xué)過的There be 句型和所有學(xué)過的單詞，給猜對(duì)的同學(xué)發(fā)VIP card能有20%折扣。在此過程中學(xué)生不僅用到了很多學(xué)過的單詞，更用到了自己在超市里看到的、自己又不會(huì)說的，如在復(fù)習(xí)詢問價(jià)格的過程中，我們采取了估賣的形式。如watermelon首先要員工估計(jì)重量和價(jià)格，顧客根據(jù)自己去市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)給個(gè)大概的價(jià)格和重量，和員工答案最接近者得。

3、 Open!

在學(xué)生最興奮的時(shí)候，打開課件!在音樂的伴隨下，超市的圖片展現(xiàn)在顧客面前!我則和一個(gè)學(xué)生開始討論即將到來的春游，為本次春游購(gòu)買所需物品。邊走邊討論，在每個(gè)買場(chǎng)前都與員工交談!并討論食物的健康與否!付款時(shí)還出示了自己的VIP card!整個(gè)過程輕松!給下面的學(xué)生小組活動(dòng)做了個(gè)示范。

情景給出后，學(xué)生們都很興奮，沒有了枯燥的機(jī)械訓(xùn)練，取而代之的是學(xué)生熱烈的討論和自由的想象。每個(gè)同學(xué)都在如同身臨其境，能夠熟練地運(yùn)用所學(xué)句型互相詢問，相互討論、交談并加上已學(xué)過的一些寒暄、問候的話語(yǔ)，自主地完成了比較精彩的小對(duì)話。

四、評(píng)析

本堂課師生之所以能夠獲得良好的感受，我個(gè)人認(rèn)為主要由于以下原因：

1、 教學(xué)中運(yùn)用新課標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的理念。教育的本質(zhì)是引導(dǎo)，而不是講和練，教育要求關(guān)注每一個(gè)學(xué)生的發(fā)展。教育目標(biāo)由原來注重知識(shí)的傳授而強(qiáng)調(diào)讓學(xué)生形成積極主動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，使其獲得基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)與基本技能的過程同時(shí)成為他們學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)和形成正確價(jià)值觀的過程。

2、 教學(xué)中恰到好處的運(yùn)用了情景教學(xué)的原則。情景教學(xué)法要求教學(xué)要以情景為基本原則，重點(diǎn)放在學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的成功開展上。讓學(xué)生在恰當(dāng)?shù)那榫持袑W(xué)會(huì)用英語(yǔ)交流，從而獲得學(xué)習(xí)的成就感。

3、從學(xué)生熟悉、感興趣的話題入手。不論是為春游做準(zhǔn)備還是當(dāng)上了營(yíng)業(yè)員，對(duì)學(xué)生來說都是很有趣且很新奇的。當(dāng)學(xué)生們用英語(yǔ)將自己的真實(shí)想法表達(dá)出來時(shí)，心中又會(huì)有怎樣的喜悅呢?

4、恰當(dāng)?shù)那榫盀閷W(xué)生拓展了充分的想象和創(chuàng)造性思維的空間，教師在其中只起了引導(dǎo)作用，體現(xiàn)了了新課標(biāo)下課堂教學(xué)中"以學(xué)生為主體的教學(xué)原則"。

5、教師教學(xué)以人為本，呼喚人的主體精神，教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)要由重傳授向重發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變;為每一個(gè)學(xué)生的發(fā)展需要我們研究學(xué)生的差異，以便找到因材施教的科學(xué)依據(jù);由重教師“教”向重學(xué)生“學(xué)”轉(zhuǎn)變;教師在教學(xué)中把教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)放在過程中，放在揭示知識(shí)如何形成的規(guī)律上，從而使學(xué)生在教學(xué)進(jìn)程中思維得到訓(xùn)練，既長(zhǎng)了知識(shí)，又增了才干。教師在課堂教學(xué)中采用以探究、研討為主的綜合交流方式，師生共同討論、研究，建立平等和諧的師生關(guān)系;突破傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式，勇于創(chuàng)新，形成教學(xué)特色。
