GRE考試流程內(nèi)容介紹

一般能力考試(General Test)主要是考察考生的基本英語能力以及對英語各方面知識的深度和廣度的掌握。它包括三部分：第一部分為分析性寫作部分(Analytical Writing)，包括兩個任務(wù)，分別要求應(yīng)試者對一個問題發(fā)表個人的觀點(Issue Task)和分析一個論點(Argument Task)。寫作部分滿分為6分，一般能夠達到4.5就非常不錯了;第二部分為詞匯(Verbal)部分。該部分內(nèi)容很廣泛，涉及天文、地理、人文、科學(xué)、藝術(shù)、政治及歷史等領(lǐng)域;第三部分為數(shù)學(xué)(Quantitative)部分。該部分皆為數(shù)理上的基本問題，包括幾何、代數(shù)、統(tǒng)計圖表、智力測驗等方面，主要目的在于測驗考生基本數(shù)學(xué)的潛在能力和對數(shù)理方面問題的理解判斷及推理反應(yīng)能力。題目難易和深淺程度，有時取決于考生對于題目敘述與說明的理解。

新的GRE考試總耗時約為3小時45分鐘，外加考生中場休息時間，共有6個部分：

一個分析寫作部分，包含兩項計時寫作任務(wù)。最先考的是寫作，其余部分可能按照任何順序出現(xiàn)。第三個部分之后會有一個10分鐘的休息，其余各個部分之間有1分鐘的間隔。

兩個數(shù)學(xué)部分

一個不計入總分的部分(語文或者數(shù)學(xué)，可能在考試過程中任何位置出現(xiàn))

1、寫作

分析寫作兩項獨立計時 issue與Argument 每項任務(wù)30分鐘，寫作部分將重點考察考生有針對性地對具體考題做出反應(yīng)的能力，而非要求考生堆砌泛泛的文字。具體說來，這些重點關(guān)注的能力包括：清楚有效地闡明復(fù)雜觀點，用貼切的事理和事例支撐觀點，考察/驗證他人論點及其相關(guān)論證，支撐一個有針對性的連貫的討論，控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)書面英語的各個要素

2、語文

語文共有兩部分，每部分約20題，每部分30分鐘。第二部分難度由第一部分考生正確率決定。如果第一部分正確率較高，則第二部分難度增大。如果第一部分正確率低，第二部分難度減小。

語文題目分為填空、閱讀和同意填句。

3、數(shù)學(xué)

數(shù)學(xué)兩部分，每部分約20題，每部分35分鐘(在屏幕一側(cè)提供計算器軟件)。數(shù)學(xué)題型包括選擇，填空兩類?？疾祀y度不超過高中水平，對于大多數(shù)中國考生而言，GRE數(shù)學(xué)部分都屬于送分部分。

4、不計分部分

如果不計分部分為語文，為20題，30分鐘，如果為數(shù)學(xué)，為20題，35分鐘。
