2 Tell Mary we'll be late…
句中we will be late…是一個(gè)賓語(yǔ)從句，作動(dòng)詞tell的賓語(yǔ)。這個(gè)賓語(yǔ)從句省略了引導(dǎo)詞that。
3 She invited Charlotte and me to dinner this evening.她邀請(qǐng)我和夏洛特令晚去吃飯。在英語(yǔ)中，為了表示客氣常常把其他人的姓名放在“我”之前，請(qǐng)注意中英文不同的語(yǔ)序。
4 I don't know when I'll finish.

在以前已介紹過(guò)賓語(yǔ)從句一般由that, which和whom引導(dǎo)，它們有時(shí)在口語(yǔ)中可以省略。除此之外，賓語(yǔ)從句還可以由when, where, what, why, how以及 if和 whether這些疑問(wèn)詞來(lái)引導(dǎo)，而它們?cè)诰渲型荒芗右允÷?。無(wú)論是that, if還是wh-疑問(wèn)詞引導(dǎo)的賓語(yǔ)從句通常都應(yīng)以陳述句的形式出現(xiàn)。
