首先，確定自己的水平大家一般通過(guò)?？蓟蛘咦鲱}等自測(cè)的方式來(lái)確定，但只是看分?jǐn)?shù)結(jié)果還是不夠的，考生需要多問(wèn)自己一些問(wèn)題才能得出較為準(zhǔn)確的結(jié)果。
自測(cè)方法：
1. 用自己目前的方法來(lái)做題，然后對(duì)照答案，統(tǒng)計(jì)正確率;
2. 在做題的時(shí)候，標(biāo)注出自己對(duì)每個(gè)題目的信心度：自信做對(duì)標(biāo)記√ or 糾結(jié)的題標(biāo)記O。對(duì)照答案的時(shí)候，看是自信的錯(cuò)了還是糾結(jié)的錯(cuò)了。
3. 做完之后，看材料。對(duì)于做錯(cuò)的部分：詞、句不理解?還是沒(méi)有識(shí)別發(fā)音?
4. 聽力速度是否合適?是不是快了?或者聽的速度OK但筆記跟不上。
通過(guò)以上4點(diǎn)來(lái)判斷現(xiàn)在聽力處在一個(gè)什么樣的階段，然后才能對(duì)癥下藥。
托福聽力考前突擊要用提速訓(xùn)練法
針對(duì)臨近考試的備考者，需要備考者擁有一定的基礎(chǔ)(托福聽力成績(jī)23分左右)，通過(guò)速度法進(jìn)行突擊，考試的時(shí)候可以達(dá)到28分甚至30分。速度法就是提高材料語(yǔ)速。
在英語(yǔ)母語(yǔ)國(guó)家，正常說(shuō)話速度一般為托福語(yǔ)速的1.2-1.4倍。因此，不論是要通過(guò)考試，還是為了適應(yīng)出國(guó)之后的學(xué)習(xí)生活，速度練習(xí)是有必要的。
步驟：
1. 將1.0的原速度調(diào)至1.1~1.2倍，可能做題的正確率會(huì)降低到1/3;
2. 經(jīng)過(guò)半個(gè)月左右的訓(xùn)練，再返回去聽1.0原速，做?？颊_率能夠保證80%以上，調(diào)速到1.3，繼續(xù)練習(xí)15天;
3. 當(dāng)返回聽原速能夠?qū)?zhǔn)確率提到90%-95%以上時(shí)，再調(diào)速到1.4沖刺;
一般最高就聽到1.4或1.5倍速。用速度法練習(xí)時(shí)不一定需要做筆記，因?yàn)槿绻苡?.4倍速聽懂，那么在1.0原速的情況下是一定可以做出比較完整的筆記的。
