口譯備考的路上內(nèi)心總不免有些忐忑，其中，聽力就是很多同學(xué)反映的一大難題?？谧g考試的聽力部分又比較特殊，包括一般聽力題以及聽譯兩個部分。個人認為，“聽”是基礎(chǔ)：能聽出，說明對單詞的讀音、發(fā)音規(guī)則掌握得很好，這在一定程度上對口語，至少是發(fā)音的提高是很有幫助的;能聽懂，說明對單詞、詞組、乃至句子的意思能理解，這也是詞匯量以及閱讀理解、翻譯能力的一個體現(xiàn)。因此，我認為，口譯備考，需要從提高聽力做起。那聽力到底該怎么提高呢?

一、營造英文氛圍，適應(yīng)英文環(huán)境

相信很多同學(xué)會在走路或者坐車的時候插著耳機，聽一些英文歌曲，當(dāng)然，對于備戰(zhàn)口譯的同學(xué)來說，也會聽一些英語新聞等等。不管是歌曲、新聞還是課文，無論你是在路上聽當(dāng)消遣，周圍嘈雜一片，零星聽到幾個詞，還是在睡前把這些英文音頻當(dāng)成催眠曲，不知不覺中，你的耳朵已經(jīng)慢慢在適應(yīng)這樣的英文環(huán)境了，久而久之，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)，聽到英文的時候，不再那么反感、焦慮甚至是恐懼了。

二、利用好資源，精聽一個月

如果說想要短期內(nèi)提高聽力的話，那精聽的方式必須推薦。做精聽，需要坐下來，抽一段比較集中的時間進行練習(xí)。比較經(jīng)典的材料就是聽寫酷里的VOA或者BBC，我自己主要是拿標準VOA里的材料練習(xí)精聽的，內(nèi)容涉及各個領(lǐng)域，主題比較豐富。精聽主要分為以下幾個步驟：

1. 泛聽第一遍：從頭到尾聽一遍，了解大意;

2. 泛聽第二遍：從頭到尾再聽一遍，注意當(dāng)中沒聽懂或者沒聽清的詞，暫?；胤牛帽咀幼龊脴擞?，大概可能是什么詞，或者猜一下大概意思;

3. 聽寫第一遍，盡量斷整句，長句斷分句，盡量保證意思完整。這一遍不糾結(jié)聽不清、不會拼的詞;

4. 聽寫第二遍，從頭開始，著重聽上一遍沒聽清的地方復(fù)讀3-5遍，還是聽不清就放一邊，拼寫沒把握的單詞盡量根據(jù)發(fā)音嘗試拼寫，這一遍從頭到尾聽的時候要注意順便檢查上一遍聽寫下來的地方有沒有錯誤。

5. 提交，核對：從頭到尾再聽一遍，尤其是系統(tǒng)提示錯誤的地方，另外自己聽寫時沒聽清或者拼寫沒把握的地方即使對了也要注意到。這一遍要注意發(fā)音規(guī)則，注意積累，很重要。

6. 把以上錯詞、生詞加入生詞本，查詞;結(jié)合查好的單詞查看對應(yīng)翻譯稿，看和自己理解的有哪些出入。

整理在生詞本里的生詞，有時間就要記得去回顧一下。

每天保證半個小時的練習(xí)時間，堅持下去，一個月左右會有很大的提高，就拿聽寫酷里的正確率來說好了，給自己一個目標90%，95%，98%甚至是100%。拿VOA來說的話，每次的新聞都有一個主題，要注意把生詞分類，復(fù)習(xí)起來也有針對性，也容易聯(lián)想。

說到這里，又忍不住多說兩句好好利用VOA這樣的資源了，用來當(dāng)精聽材料自然不必多說，聽寫下來的稿子可以當(dāng)做短篇閱讀來鍛煉理解能力，又能作為很好的翻譯材料練習(xí)翻譯能力。

所以說，提高聽力，對于閱讀、翻譯的提高益處多多。利用好資源，練好聽力，假以時日，閱讀和翻譯的成績也會給你一個小驚喜。為了突破口譯考試關(guān)，先從聽力練起吧!
